Overall Responsibilities:


Primary responsibilities are to:

Write proposals or proposal sections in collaboration with the technical and business development team, and

* Review proposals for consistency with the requirements of procurements (Requests for Proposals/Requests for Applications).
* The incumbent will work with the BRD Director of International Project Development and Vice President of Business Resource Development to ensure that final proposals reflect the technical approach of MSH and its partners.
