Under ano old oak tree sat Honesty.
But what is he doing there?
I may not know
But people say he is hiding.
Why won't he hide when he is hated?
Hated so much by the famous and the rich,
But he seems to be praying
His eyes are closed so tight.
Everyone wants to be closed to Him.

Oh! He is always ready,
Ready to speak the truth.
To Him, truth is Life
He stands for the truth and He says
"No one can stop my heart and my soul
Honesty, I will be even in death".

Honesty! Honesty! Honesty!
Rare to find these days
Everyone desires wealth.
But no one wants you
The more one speaks the truth
The more one is hated



Honesty attracts blessings, peace and Joy
Which do i want?
