Definitely one of the best (in my honest opinion only Donald Duke is ahead) in this new democratic dispensation. Very committed hard worker. I have been visiting Akwa ibom since 2006 and I can attest to his performance. Hope the new guy continues from where he stopped.

Wished we've had 20 of his type in the last 8 years.

that is a worth while erosion control project, but what baffles me is the expansion on the said Dominic Utuk (aka Brooks) street, a short distance walk, is divided and constructed in phases. the street starts from Wellington Bassey as a 2 lane street expands into a 4 lane and compresses back into 2 lane...

A civil engr can enlighten us on that.
