A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos Tuesday has ordered the men of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency out of the Lekki home of narc lord Buruji Kashamu occupied since Saturday.
Justice Ibrahim Bubba gave the order and adjourned the case till June 4.
Kashamu has been fighting a US extradition order since he won the March 28 senatorial election in Ogun on the platform of the PDP.

The NDLEA claims it has got an order to arrest and turn in the senator-elect to the US authorities to face drug-related charges.
His supporters, largely from Ijebu Igbo, Ogun, besieged the court Monday to protest the NDLEA action, saying Kashamu is Innocent, and calling the house arrest illegal.
