There is an opportunity to partner with one of the universities near Abuja in building school hostels for the students. In this partnership, the university is bringing out hectares of land for the Real Estate to build hostel accommodation for her students(about 15,000 thousand students don't have hostel accommodation). Then , the university management and the Real Estate organization can reach an agreement with the university if it can be BOT, Build and Sell, or build and Resell it to any investor or even the university.
