Now that the world is technological driven, I feel i should ask, who is responsible when a self-driving car crashes? |

It depends on how and why it crashed, was it being driven by a human or was it hit by another human? If it was driving it self and a human being wasn't in any way the cause then I would think the company would be liable. |

For example, a google car, driving itself, d route to ply nd destination had already been programmed by d owner, eventualy it crashes on the way. In dis case who is responsible, the GPS netwrk, the company or the owner? |

Good question! Who would be responsible for the damage?  Maybe its a loss the car owner would have to bear. |
