A reputable International Bank about to start operating in Nigeria in 2016 is inviting CVs for senior managers and executives to fill up positions in various branches and departments. We are seeking to introduce a new world of banking to our Nigerian client and need a very dynamic and spontaneous management team to transcend our vision in the African Business environment.
We expert our leaders to posses;
1. Not less than 10 years experience in the banking field holding a senior position.
2. Excellent understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment.
3. Ability to build positive relationships both within the Core Banking Division and throughout the bank and capable of establishing professional expertise through integrity, dedication, and strategic counsel.
4. Must have at least 5 years working experience with a UK bank to be considered.
5. An experience with a startup bank in Nigeria will be an added advantage.
6. Demonstrated sales and marketing capabilities
7. Excellent knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures, and bank operations policies and procedures.
8. Has the ability to work autonomously in making sound business decisions and exercises appropriate level of authority commensurate with experience and responsibility.
9. Strong written and oral communication skills; must be able to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
10. Represents basic qualifications for the position. To be considered for any position you must at least meet the basic qualifications.
