When an Igbo man calls a yoruba man coward its like an israelite calling a Lebanese coward. Ojukwu remains the greatest hero of our time because he's the only man who fought against the real slave master(British). yoruba, hausa,fulani are not slave masters but loyal slaves. I rather start with Enahoro, Okite-eboh and even David Ejoor/Ogbemudia. They should all have known better, that their people have nothing in common, politically, with 70% of what is called Nigeria today.

Zik should be started with because all the other one-Nigerianists were inspired by him. None of Okotie-Eboh, David Ejoor, Ogbemudia was there when Zik decided to coerce Awolowo into waiting till the North to beacme ready. Awolowo too messed up there as he too mistakenly overrated the so-called Zik's wisdom so much that he fell for Zik's blind ambition to have a "complete" Nigeria at independence. I read it that Northerners even declared in that conference that any part of the South Was free to go solo. If Awolowo had just invoked his positive stubbornness to get out of Nigeria with his Oodua Republic leaving Zik to keep suffering under Hausa-Fulani the story would have been different. But unfortunately Awo too fell for Zik's juju and jazz and we are all paying today.
