A man's wish are ones of prosperity, peace and progress but his actions states the opposite.A man who was diagnosed of hypertensive disease condition, fully aware of the demands of such ill health goes about consuming as much salt he can lay hands on not only that he does this he failed to adhere to drug prescription of such disease condition stating emphatically and bragging about his self control of the situation. Assessing the situation medically, since the man seems reluctant and un compliant to the dietary prescription issue out by a dietitian and that of a medical doctor, I see this a simply a wish for MADNESS.WHY? Un control blood pressure of the range 140/90 - 235/100 will surely result to hypertensive encelphalopathy. A disease condition having same symptom as MADNESS. Composed by OBUNADIKE ANTHONY IT STUDENT @ Nnamdi azikiwe teaching hospital nnewi. Be health wise
