That is to show that some minister under GEJ are not up to the task, they can perform well as a LG chairman or a commissional in their respective state. Kobani is one of such. Their are own change is demosion from FEC to SEC

You can't compare the interest and power play in appointing People in federal with that of state.As a president, you must thrive to accommodate the interest of all the six geo political zones in appointment decisions so as not to be seen as insensitive to the plight of a certain region.
