In T. D. Jakes Book, 'Making Great Decision', he advised dat any organisation, church or affiliation dat no longer serve your interest, leave it. Your friend should apply for jobs while still workin wit d bank. Most peeps aren't satisfy wit d job dey do but d smartest thing is to keep searching 4 better opportunity knowing dat it is not easy getting our desired jobs.
