The Lagos State Government should please do anything in their capacity to save the lives of residence of Alimosho LGA. It's very disheartening and disappointing that the worst set of roads in the Lagos State are located in the state's biggest Local Government Area. Check out Ikotun Egbe Road from Jakande to Ikotun roundabout, you will be shocked. These same roads are what you expect tankers to ply in order to circulate petroleum products to end users in this same location.
In as much as I blame the tanker drivers for their reckless driving, the Lagos State Government should be blamed for neglecting Alimosho Local Government Area.
The APC government for sixteen good years has decided to pay the people of Alimosho back with neglect and abandonment.
It is so tragedic to loss properties worth millions of Naira at two different locations within the local government area in the same week.
Gov. Ambode please come to our rescue.

You are right. People lost their hard earned money, properties and even lives in some cases because of negligence from our government. It's really sad, we are too tolerant in this country and the government is really taking us for granted.

I was shedding tears when I listened to a victim of the inferno around Idimu on T.V, she said a microfinance bank just advanced her with some money to trade on Friday and the fire incidences occurred on Saturday after she stocked up her shop with the proceed of the loan.

Areas that were neglected before will get a lot of attention in this administration, the mainland is going to see a lot of development and that is why he moved to Ikeja instead
