Buhari and former Governor of Rivers state, Mr
Rotimi Amaechi was dropped at the last minute as
member of Buhari's entourage to the G-7
meeting in Germany.
Although Amaechi was in the meeting in spirit as
in the picture below, he was dropped on the
advise of some Northern elders who were
uncomfortable with his pestering of President
Buhari since he was elected.
They claimed that a man like Amaechi who
betrayed his own brother (former President
Jonathan), can do anything to get relevance and
the better Buhari do away with him the better for
the new President.
Amaechi spent over N58billion on Buhari's APC
primaries and the Presidential election and one
wonders why he will be dropped at this time after
putting that efforts to ensure that Buhari
emerges the President of Nigeria?
