I'm so confuse. yesterday I went to bank at owerri to withdraw. but it's unfortunate I couldn't. because the claim to be having network problem. I taught it was only at that owerri branch. I board a bus and went to aba, this morning. they are giving me same excuse. but you can make deposits. but can't make withdrawal.

my question is. if truely they are having network problems. why would they collect deposit from customers. and can't payouts to customers.
These is causing me a great lost.
please my main reason of posting this. is to know how if other states close or within the east paysout. so I can travel to the state and withdraw.
