Yesterday in Asaba, the Delta state house of assembly elected Rt. Honourable Friday Ossai Osanebi, member representing Ndokwa East, in the Delta State house of Assembly as the Deputy Speaker, Delta state house of assembly. FRIDAY OSSAI Osanebi, Philanthropist and 2nd timer in the house is the youngest Deltan to have occupied the exulted position in the house. This is a new development and another evidence of democratic maturity in Nigeria.
