Well, just for the sake of those in NL who were either not born yet, or were too young, Dele Momodu has been in the progressive trenches even before the dark days of NADECO. He has been a dogged fighter for the masses during the murderous days of IBB when lives if journalists were not worth 2 pennies. Remember the killing of Dele Giwa, Dele Momodu was writing for Tempo, Concord, etc

He was one of the core NADECO activists who went into exile.

He has been fighting for the masses long before the present day "stomach infrastructure progressives", most of whom actively collaborated with the military to brutalise activists in civil organisations. Many in APC today are basically opportunists who are just going there to collect power. Later, they will regroup somewhere else if they can't hijack the party machinery.

Where was Akume, Gbajabiamilla, El-Rufai, Barnabas Gemade, Lawan, etc making noise and crying their eyes today because they cannot get a legislative post in 1984 - 1993?

Oh! May be that is going back too far. Where were these people between 1999-2011 when OBJ and YarAdua held sway? Where they progressives?

So who is really seeking relevance? I strongly believe that fellow must be Rep Gbaja, who we understand has gone to beg HOR Speaker Dogara

This is what I had to say about Dele Momodu last week. I can see that my permutations have been proved right.

I can see that Dele Momodu got his mobilization fee from Saraki when he visited him in his new office last week.

The result is this article and many more to come.

As for Saraki, it would always haunt his political career that he allowed a defeated PDP to emerge as deputy senate president. His greed knew no bounds so he proceeded without his own party members in attendance, save for only 7.

What if as already been speculated, the PDP just went ahead to nominate its own member for the position of senate president. How would the 7 APC votes including Saraki's and Melaye's have stopped that kind of PDP coup?

Don't care about APC internal politics, but Dele Momodu should take a chill pill. He must be very disappointed he was not considered as the spokesman hence the constant rants on social media. He was an area boy as a concord journalist, wonder loaf bread hawker, ovation publisher and he still remain an area boy, especially to the faction of Apc (Saraki, Amaechi faction) where is bread is being buttered

But seriously, his Ovation business is not political in orientation. He features everybody who pay him and their social events. It is just like social advertisement. He features both his political opponents and friends.

It is like running a supermarket, private school or hospital. You don't offer service only to those who agree with your political views.
