Job Title: EPC Operations Manager


Job Location: Lagos


Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of setting up and managing a new engineering office based in Lagos, but with operations across Nigeria.
This will include the full roll out of a new EPC and project management capabilities, mentoring, training and development of an engineering team, technical proposal development, as well as technical integrity and project execution.
Candidates will preferable have gained experience in the medium voltage to high voltage transmission and substation environment with international assignments experience.
A managerial background with a proven track record training and mentoring along with an in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian Power industry is essential.


Qualification and Experience


Degree Qualified Engineer and MBA.
12+ years experience in engineering environment.
Must have a proven track record of successful management and execution of complex projects of not less than N500m
Vital skills in the following areas: HSE Leadership, Project Management Planning, Budgeting and Cost Management & Project Risk Management are very important
