Job Description
Analyze sales and marketing project and budgets Profit and loss reporting
Assist with annual budget Review and analyze sales and pricing reports
Liaise with external auditors
Qualification and requirements:
HND/BA/B.Sc in any relevant relevant field including pharmaceuticals.
Minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role
Be able to work under pressure
Must have an understanding of supply chain
Must have excellent English skills
Must be conversant with Microsoft packages
Must be a Lagos resident.

2. Operations Manager:
Job Description:
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments
Design training programmes and manage training workshops
Prepare and control operational budgets;
plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company
Develop operation policies and ensure their adequate execution
Plan and support sales and marketing activities Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
Qualifications/Requirements

3. Front Desk Officers:
Requirements:
He/She must have a minimum qualification of National Diploma (Accounting) or any good OND equivalent certificate in Humanities.
Knowledge of secretarial duties will be an advantage.

Being a smart, intelligent female with ability to speak good Yoruba is an added advantage.

4. Graduate Engineers:
Job Description;
Using industrial rope access services in difficult to access areas such as confined spaces and high access areas.
Perform tests, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment as necessary.
Repair may require the reading and interpreting wiring schematics, performing minor coating, bolting and welding, and operating hydraulic, pneumatic, Inspection and spray equipment.
Adjust or replace bearings, pipes, and other pipeline and production facilities as needed.
Verify that the integrity of the structure has been restored for the purpose it was designed for.
Take pictures and/or video of completed work for presentation to the client.
Assist in recruiting and training rope access employees on operational functions; conduct safety orientations and meetings; assures that established policies and procedures are followed.
Coordinate all functions including receiving of components, equipment inventory control and interim quality checks and shipping; assures compliance with all regulations and good code of practice.
Troubleshoots any project problems; assures that equipment and materials are properly maintained for efficient operations; reports any process or equipment problems to the Unit Manager and or Projects Manager.
Perform other related duties incidentally to the work described herein.

The first few months will be a whirlwind of activity, but all the while you must produce results and collaborate with the existing Lekki based team. You will spend time at the Lekki office prior to moving to your location.

Oversees inventory policy and procedures including inventory levels and stock-out rate and approves the disposal of obsolete or surplus materials.
Supervises and manages materials management staff reviewing their work for adherence to standards, policies, procedures and laws. Evaluates performance of staff. Provides assistance proactively to internal and external customers to facilitate procurement activities.
Resolves protest issues involving the procurement process.
Develops and manages the materials budget.
Coordinates and teams with other divisions/departments to assure effective interfaces.
Prepare communications for the Board, General manager, and the public.
Provides and interprets the Monthly Purchasing Activity Report for the Board.

Deliver greater value for money from all 3rd party supply agreements that mean bottom line cost reductions
Ensure that procurement and supplier management activity is performed with probity and in compliance with relevant procurement regulations Operate as an effective member of the Commercial Leadership team.
Lead a small sub team of procurement officers and contract managers across cross functional procurement and supplier management activities Operate as an effective partner to the Shared Services procurement team on all procurement and supplier management related activities. QUALIFICATION: Minimum of OND or its equivalent in any relevant discipline.

10. Human Resources Manager
Job Description:
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the executive team.
Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training.
