Good day all, how does the fertilizer subsidy work in Nigeria? we know the government pays fuel importers/marketers subsidy. does the same happen with the fertilizer importers? how does subsidy for fertilizer work? who gets it? the importers, the distributors or the farmers (directly)? please I would appreciate if you guys can provide me factual answers if you can.
