- BSc or equivalent degree in any of the STEM subjects
- Certification in database management/administration, preferably Oracle and a proven competence of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Proven competence of Unified Markup Language (UML)
- Proven competence in Object Role Modeling (ORM)
- Proven competence in Extensible Markup Language (XML)
- Proven competence in HTML/CSS and the development of forms
- Proven competence in front end/back end integration (using PhP, asp or other Microsoft based languages, jsp or other java based languages)
