Guity of any of these absurd things? by Knownpal(m): 3:31pm On Jun 18, 2015
These are people's thoughts on the absurd things about modern life.

- We are made to believe we need things to be happy. We run after those things and still do not find happiness.

- We are made to believe that study, job, marriage and kids would make us happy. We study at school, slog in college, beat others to get the best
girl/guy in class, get married, have kids, and still search for happiness.

- Our life is a constant comparison with others – How much are people from my class earning? How much is average salary from XY College? How is
my growth graph compared to others? How is my house compared to my neighbor’s house? We do not realize that we are getting diseased by this
comparison.

- We earn for our family, but have no time to spend with them.

- We are more tolerant of our pets than our family members.

- We have forgotten to slow down and live life.

- We realize all this at some point in our life, but still make our kids go through the same cycle.

- We take everything and everyone for granted.

- Materialistic things have greater priority than relationships. We seem to know the cost of everything, but the value of nothing.

- We show greater attention and consideration to pets and strangers than to our own family members.

- We are penny wise and pound foolish in our spending and saving habits.

- We surround ourselves with all the latest gadgets, comforts and facilities thinking that they will keep us happy and yet keep searching for happiness.

- While half the world is starving, we keep on wasting precious food. (No wonder Kashamu sent trailers of rice. grin)

- First we eat and drink in an irresponsible and unhealthy manner, then spend a fortune to struggle for fighting obesity and health complications.

- We spend all our waking hours on facebook, whatsapp, sms and emails, while least bothered to even communicate properly with our family and
friends sitting across our table.

- We have spent all our life to make a living that we have forgotten to live a happy and contented life, without regrets.

- We chase things thinking they will complete us, not realizing we already are complete and have been brainwashed into believing that we lack.

- Sex is nothing but Love is nothing without sex.

- Bragging much about the smart phones we recently brought , 300 contacts , accounts in every social app but when its comes to a need to talk to
someone about how life has been lately - none to be found .

- Pets are showered with more loves and cares than the person in front us.

- A good deed are seen in line with hidden motive .

- Most of busy talking , writing , blogging about pros and con's of life , wisdom , advice's , precautions , social service , humanity and love but for
God's sake how many of us really meant those words and actions are taken accords to it ? smiley

- Branded shirt and car are valued more than a character of a person .

Feel free to add yours.
