I doubt he applied for a specific position. If he did not then he should not be considered because he doesn't have anything to offer.
I would have been impressed with an application that is specific and states what he is bringing to the office he is applying to.

If that guy has worked for DLA Delta state then I can categorically say he shd not near any ministerial post at all.All MDAs and govt agencies in delta state are siphoning outlet for fretting away govt money at a higher level of sophistication so this man just want to implement what he has perfected in delta nationally believe me except if he can show us his bank acct and proof beyond reasonable doubt and show a profile of his achievement at DLA .

Anybody that wants to quote me how did I knw.... I served in a ministry in delta state during my NYSC those people do jack nothing they just steal and loot!!! Both civil servant n politicians alike...all of them!

He might be lucky...

Ministerial job can be for any competent person and depending on qualifications and work experience...

A creative way to go about job hunting. If I were the President, I will grant him a fair hearing. It would now be left for his appearance, disposition and ability to convince me to hire him.
