This is a primary school classroom in the 21st century Benue state. I can imagine these children daily singing a national pledge to a country that has forgotten they ever exist. In both rain and sunshine learning for them is hard and harsh yet the country netted N41.6 Trillion in revenue in the last four years. I strongly believe that Gov Samuel Ortom will provide a decent and competitive learning environment for this disadvantaged group.
