A Virtual and Serviced Offices company at Victoria Island in Lagos invites applications from suitable qualified candidates for the position of a Front desk/Customer care officer (Female). The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office word and excel; must speak good English, be articulate, presentable and have good social and people relational skills (previous customer care experience could be an advantage).

Her primary duties shall include these:
• Management, handling and the reception of people, phone calls, mails, e-mail, enquiries and all company correspondence.
• Receiving and handling complaints and resolving customer related problem
• General office orderliness and cleanliness supervision.
• Marketing the business of BOSS and soliciting for new customers
• Assist with implementing any marketing policy and customer drives.
• Assist with internal (executing both office and client's secretarial requests) as well as public and external relations with clients and customers.
