Lasun Reveals Why He Rejected Tinubu, Aregbesola’s Plea To Step Down For Gbaja by AbuadStudent(m): 4:35am On Jun 24, 2015
The deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Yusuff Lasun has rejected the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola’s persuasions to step down for, Femi Gbajabiamila.

This came on the heels of series of peace meetings held by the party leader, to reach an agreement on the sharing of outstanding principal offices in the federal legislature.

However, no major breakthrough was recorded to resolve the disagreement among the lawmakers over the allocation of the office of the House Majority Leader.

While Gbajabiamila’s loyal group insisted that the position of Majority Leader should be given to him, the opposing camp led by the House Speaker, Yakubu Dogara pushed that, such a move would leave one of the zones without any principal office in the lower chamber.

You guys should learn to be objective in your hate, though it has been well established that easing up on the beef is an impossibility.

Same Gbaja was asked to take a shot for the seat on the floor house after the speakership election was won and lost but he rejected the proposition & said he would go with the decision of the party....

There is a video of the proceeding on Youtube in case you are not aware...

I usually don't bother with stories with such dodgy sources but wanted to help una!!cool

*dont bother with the usual diatribe, I will not respond* thanks.
