Hi dudes,


Pls i have a problem, i have not been able to compose mail in my office. ie most times the compose page will come up full, but when u click send, it does not send. most times too the compose page culd come up just half showing only (From field, To feild, and subject feild), this is only wat displays atimes.

I had to install mozilla firefox and opera as my ISP (name withheld) advised me, yet the problem is still persistent!

pls i need ur contributions here.

But wait let me ask, do u think this is a general problem for this week like my ISP claimed culd be the problem? Pls can u compose mail from ur end?

this kind of problem mostly happen when u have a slow internet connection and the page u r trying to view dosent load completely thereby limiting its functionality(send wont work).

Maybe that's why ur ISP told u to use firefox or opera coz dey are generally faster than IE(internet explorer), maybe its also a maintenance issue with ur ISP that will subside after sometime.

u might try going to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced(tab) in IE and c if there's an option there that you or somebody else tampered with. Happy Yahooing
