A Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) official, that reside at Ejigbo in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area, Lagos State (names withheld), has allegedly raped a four-year-old girl. The middle-aged man is belived to have carried out the terrible act in the morning of Wednesday June 24, 2015. The suspect is married with a baby boy, and lives in the same compound with the parents of his 4 year old victim.
