Hi Folks, I have just been informed that i need to pay 1 million naira infrastructural development charges to approve my plan for a 6 unit 3 bedroom flat in lekki ajah area! This is in addition to the assesmnet fee which comes to approx 400k, Is this true or my architect is trying to play a fast one, because i have never paid any IDC on previous projects Please advise, Thanks a mil. |
