From the way i understand this BVN exercise, i don't think there is a deadline - in the sense that you can't enroll after the 30th.
I believe after then, your account just goes inactive, and you can enroll and reactivate it at any time.

I called GTB some days ago, and that's pretty much what the lady told me.
Since many customers don't live in Naija, i doubt they expect us to jump on a plane to Naija, for some BVN thing.

So, for those who don't use their accounts often, i don't think there is a need to panic (I could be wrong though ).
