If this policeman or policewoman is not ill (in which case he/she shouldn't be on duty), what he/she is doing should be condemned. It is irresponsible to sleep on duty , forget not being paid well and all, nobody force am collect the job, there are millions out there looking for an opportunity to get this job that are not getting it......... Instead of people condemning him/ her many respondents here are justifying why he/she is probably sleeping on duty, this attitude of Nigerians is very Bad, like I said earlier, if he/she is not ill, there's no justification for sleeping on duty....people just do government work anyhow, he/she dare not sleep on duty if it were a private company.
