The Speaker of the House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara said he was unable to act on the letter forwarded to him by leadership of the all progressives congress because of a pending court case.
He stated this when a forum of former house members led by Dauda Bundot and Jonathan Asake visited him at the National Assembly.
