Can you give us an idea of your charges/cost?

this depends on the location of your property.local govt in each states are divided in to zones for easy management.
lagos state as a case study
1. zone A - high prime area : locations in eti osa and lagos island L.G
2. zone b - medium prime area : ikeja, kosofe, mushin, surulere, apapa, mainland.
3. zone c - low prime area : alimosho , ifako ijaiye,osodi isolo, amuwo, ikrorodu.
4. zone d - other areas : badagry , ajeromi/ifelodun,ojo , epe.
there schedules of minimum survey fees for each of the areas
so let me know your area and necessary advice will be provided.

A survey plan shouldn't be that expensive. I paid 40,000 naira for mine in zone A

anyway, i cannot say you ve been duped but try to confirm how genuine the job is by following the necessary confirmatn procedures if truely you did one.

it is now a concluded plan to increase survey fee in lagos wt reference to economic viability of each zone effective next quarter (1st april).
it is expected dt the least a zone ll get is 100% increase.
e.g zone A (etiosa &lagos island)ll now cost 500k to survey.
wat you have to do,do now to save yoursef a couple of thousands.
