But surprisingly, it was discovered that the chairman of the market has been notified and she was being carried along on proposed demolition. but she did not notify the other users of the market

For starters, shouldn't due process be applied in doing things like this if there is indeed no uterior motive? What ever happens to phasial rebuilding/ renovation works?
