Armaggedon:Why must people always tribalize every issue here on the forum. Every tribe has their own flaws. Here in Igbo land, even when shit are being choked down their throat, they won't talk. But if u stand ur ground and say this is not how it suppose to be done, you become saucy and too aggressive . Some will even give u a scorn look saying "that is how we do it here". The issue being addressed by the op is even rampant here in igbo land, where everyone ackowledge you for the money you have and the level at which you can show off. It is a sad situation down here in the east. My point is that most of these things are problems we face in this country irrespective of the tribe, though it may weigh more in one tribe than the other. That is just my take. |

exactly what we see in nigeria...this present election revealed that Nigerians would continue to be robots no matter what...instead of us to pelt stones on our leaders we still run around them during elections..and after that we are back to square one... ...talk about the word mumu,Nigeria and Nigerians fit the word perfectly... |

True Do you live in Akwa Ibom State? Do you relish the desire to own your own business with little start up capital and promising returns in investment? Do you hope to look into the mirror each morning and know you are talking to the boss? Are you enterprising?/Would you love to be? Do you have an aptitude for thinking out of the box? Then call or add me up on whatsapp 08085188110. You will be glad you did |

Menaha: And the when the Nigerian judges give a pencil thief 7 years in prison and an embezzler of N20bn fine of N2m or plea bargain, we start complaining.. I have never been a party to burning or killing a thief. God forbid. Can you create a MICE that you are killing a fellow human ? Even the one caught in my house, when they wanted beating him, I told everybody, don't touch him. He stole out of hunger. |

IzonOwei: Actually, what ameachi said should be taken seriously. It was meant to make Nigeria think differently. Now, we do know that our so called leaders do not really care about us. So, what do we do? We hold them to their action. We change our mentality. We tell them that they cannot continue to pay lip service while they are actually enslaving us. We ask ourselves, how can people that are not numbered up to 500 received 8bn just for dress alone while millions are starved and jobless. We tell them, that must stop, we are wise now and will not be taken for ride as usual. We tell them we cannot be fooled anymore, that we all have right. |
