Going by the level of impunity and recklessness that the public officials get away with , would you say the Nigerian citizenry are loyal or just being timid ?

Very timid, that they succumb to almost everything as long as it's some palliative against what they are really suppose to fight for..
Question is for how long would we continue to be like this?

Timid but wise folks - most know any uproar will be forcefully quelled when the govt unleashes the army/police. Many may die and many may sustain lifetime injuries yet no desired changes will be effected - a waste.

Mutual ethnic agenda - regardless of any unfavourable situation that cuts across all groups regardless of ethnic class, each group seem to always approach it differently with different end goals in mind. Heck, some even refuse to react if it affects another group much more than it affects them.
