So this man decided to use money his brother sent to him to change to dollar, for treatment abroad for his burial, the sad part is that up till his retirement last month, he was a CBN deputy director, cheating the mans widow of he right , what sort of wickedness will make men not to bring money to bury their brother, after he trained them through school.
