A 9 year old boy named Garcia Jack finally gave up the ghost in Children’s National

Medical Center in Washington, USA on sunday 5th July after been handcuffed and beaten by his

mother's boy friend for allegedly eating birthday cake without permission.

The 30 years old Robert Wilson who is said to be Jack's mother's boyfriend allegedly

tortured the little boy severely on Tuesday late in the evening at their home in Hagerstown,

about 50 miles (81km) northwest of Washington, the police explained.
