MCSE Certification – What Is It All About? by prikshitv: 11:04am On Jul 08, 2015
The new MCSE certification is now stands for Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, instead of its older version which was commonly called as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. There were many arguments and counter arguments on the naming of this course. The main reason to get the name changed is for the legal requirements. The word engineer holds various different meaning in different countries. There are certain set of skills and expertise that is required to hold this title. Across employers, MCSE was widely known as the highest level certification that one could achieve in Microsoft operating system. There were very few of them who actually knew what it stood for. Just a change is name or something else that it stands for will not be making much different, and it may not be a stumbling block to IT admin resume.
