Banks say that the integrity of any of their staff is non-negotiable, it must be 100% but their customers do not see them to be so as they have called them in names.
I have heard banker being called Crooks; Thieves in disguise; Thieves in suit; Silent Robbers and so on.
Are banks showing this integrity and are being labeled as above?
Your sincerely was almost sacked because of #100 that was later found.
Do bank managements practise what they teach their staff?

no they dont. you only need 100% integrity when you're a low level staff, dealing dirty cash and small-ticket transactions.

The real bankers - the relationship & credit men on the streets hustling for the business & the Executive Management, lack of scruple is actually the key requirement for working in these departments. Want to know why? The average Nigerian has been conditioned into criminal-mindedness by the harsh socio-economic environment, and he is definitely going to cheat you if you dont cheat him first.

think of how you haggle in the market and the outrageous asking-prices the traders start you off with, before you start cutting it down. That's the Nigerian ethos. That's the moral orientation of our Collective Unconscious.
