The incident reportedly happened at the Government Secondary School in Ughelli, Delta state. See the graphic pic after the cut... What could a child have done to be subjected to such torture? Sad. Hopefully his parents got the teacher arrested.

Corporal punishment should be abolished in this country. It doesn't solve anything. There are other ways to correct and instruct a child. |
