Cesc Fabregas is continuing to make the most of his time off this summer after being spotted with pregnant girlfriend Daniella Semaan in London.

The happy couple spent a relaxing night in Mayfair’s C restaurant following the Spain international’s return from his holidays earlier this week.

Ibiza was on the menu for the 28-year-old Chelsea man just days ago but something a little more Italian was on the table on Wednesday night.

Fabregas was wearing some audacious gold-spiked trainers but the Chelsea star will soon be swapping those garish kicks for his football boots as he prepares for a return to the training ground.

Jose Mourinho’s side kick off their pre-season tour of the United States with a trip to New York Red Bulls on July 23.
