Nigeria in dire need of great leaders
leaders that will awaken our minds,
leaders that will bring people from all geo political zones together,
leaders that will resist the temptation of sowing seeds of discord through inflammatory statements,
leaders that dare to take bold steps in the interest of Nigeria,
leaders willing to defy the norm to chart a new path,
leaders that are ready to celebrate and help nurture the gifts of others,
leaders with foresight to see the big picture and having the will to work towards it,
leaders willing to work with all to achieve the best,
leaders who understand they are only first among equals.
Unfortunately, Nigeria is far from having leaders with above qualities. Sadly i see leaders who are fanning the flame of discord with their statements and post on social media all in the name of staying relevant. The evil seed they sow today might come to hunt them tomorrow. Now is the time for us to come together in the interest of our dear nation
