I am not a designer,I own a property similar to your plan.

Land is 42x127
The plan is 10 apartments of room and parlor self contain.
5 apartments on the ground and anoda 5 upstairs.but still at the linted stage.
For sell now though.

It will be stated in the tenancy agreement that cars are not allowed to park in the premises.
