JOB DESCRIPTION

Assists in financial planning and management
Upgrades/maintains a sound Accounting system
Prepares/maintains up-to-date time billings for all staff, to ensure correct and timely reflection of staff productivity
Prepares/maintain weekly reports on the company’s billings/exposures on clients’ accounts.
Daily reconciles on-line and off line payments and accounts in line with business activities
Prepares monthly financial statements
Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statement
Prepares annual reports and account
Advises on cost minimization and profit maximization
Carries out payments in respect of all financial transactions.
Ensures timely reporting the financial position of the company
Ensures the company achieves adequate tax management practices


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of OND Accounting or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience practicing as an Accountant
Knowledge of preparing Management Accounts
Versatile with modem Accounting software e.g. QuickBooks or Peachtree
MS Office
Experience in Taxation is advantageous
Minimum of 6 good credits in WAEC or NECO with good grades in English/Maths.
Excellent oral and written communications skill
Computer Literacy is an added advantage
Must reside in Lagos
