SaharaReporters has learned that more than 45 people were murdered near Monguno, a village in Borno State, by Boko Haram terrorists within the last hour.
Early reports coming from the Monguno area say that Boko Haram attacked the village and slaughtered its residents. Reports also say that many of the villagers were shot by the terrorists.
This is the second terrorist attack in Borno State today. Earlier a female suicide bomber detonated a bomb at a military checkpoint just outside of Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.
