The Extortion Of Nigerian Students By Our Federal Universities. by kingsmecca(m): 9:15pm On Jul 13, 2015
The governing body of the University Of Port Harcourt recently directed that fresh graduates of the university will now pay the sum of #20,000 each for their Certificate before they will be posted for their National Youth Corp Service (NYSC). For Godsake how long will the Nigerian students continue to suffer with the level of extortion going on in our universities? Now, in this unversity students pay the sum of #10,000 per session as developmental fee but yet they are not using it to develop anything rather than their private bank accounts. I believe the time is come when EFCC or ICPC have to look into these issues very seriously. Nigerian students are "suffering and smiling" in this country.
