Lol I remeber in 2010 when my uncle was trying to develop a plot of land @ ajao estate near chivita avenue.....some miscreants came and disrupted the whole thing claiming that we had to pay almost 400K to them......
My uncle got so pissed that he. Kept 3 armed military men there for almost everyday of the 3 months the building lasted.......the fools never came back till date
