Job Title: Marketing Executive (female) Location: Abuja (Durumi District) Job Field: Information Technology Position Description: To work directly with the CEO to fulfil his/her role. Selling IT products, services and merchandise to customers and meeting customer needs in a friendly and professional manner. Minimum Qualification: OND or HND or BSc Holder. Age Range: 22 – 29yrs Gender: Female Good Listener, Computer Literate, Possesses good customer service skills Punctual, Dedicated and Hardworking Teachable Character with practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Key Responsibilities: Phone Receptionist and attendant, Increase Sales daily Attend Corporate Meetings (if any) Company Secretary – reporting and administration Field Marketing – Twice a week Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations Ensures office cleanliness Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and develop solutions Interacts with Customers to know their needs Forecast IT Sales and Trends Inventory management Administration/Reporting: Maintain record of, and update information regarding sales, company documents, leads, appointments, marketing surveys, prospective clients follow up list, and weekly and monthly report of sales. Maintain a register of correspondence from Regulator and other stakeholders; monitoring and follow up to ensure that all requirements are met / complied with. Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday with the exception of major holidays. Office hours: 8am – 6pm. Saturday s are seldom.
