Today’s planned unveiling of Sunday Oliseh as new coach of the Super Eagles looks dicey, as the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) could not confirm the event yesterday. The Federation was as at press time unable to get the needed clearance from the National Sports Commission (NSC) to go ahead with the ceremony. The NSC had insisted that the employment of both Oliseh and his assistant, Belgium’s Francoise Loscuito, must follow the procedure of the Civil Service Appropriation Act.
