mains the only option to rescue a truck stuck in bad road then there is problem. The scene happened life in UMUEBELE rivers state this morning, This is a big developing town that has numerous oil wells, the people here are IGBO people mainly and that is their main language, international OIL companies like SHELL are operating heavily here and have a major Flow Station part of The SPDC EAST operational area, yet there is no facility here that supports life in existence here, from bad road(BAD as in BAD)to poor drainage, to refuse littered every where even A major Federal Road( the ABA- port harcourt express way) has been completely taken over by refuse. No poor transport system, what we have is bad transport, no semi standard Hospital, some adults here have not seen traffic light all there life, some don't even know a good supermarket let alone mall. This is not a riverine area ooo, and it is so Close to port Harcourt( Garbage City). The offensive thing is if you meet the average river state Man outside the state the arrogance/rubbish talks he will fill your ear with ab
